1. Do I have to create an account to shop

2. Are all products showed in the website?
We are not putting all products on this site now. If you are expecting other styles which are not displayed here, please tell us which one you're interested in, and we will try our best to meet your requirements!

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and PAYPAL payment, also Western Union is welcome. And we offer 10% off based on the price online for Western Union, for the benefit for both our customers and our financial plan.

4. As a wholesaler, do I have some discount?
For a wholesaler who has ordered more than six pairs of shoes, we will offer the timely and economical transportation methods. Besides, we will lower the price for a larger order. The details please contact our customer service center.

5. What size should I order if I am in between sizes?
If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 36, you should order a size 37.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece foot beds form to each individual foot.

6. What are the return, exchange, refund policies?
We offer a full money back guarantee on Christian Louboutin returned within 7 days of receipt. This refund does not include the cost of shipping. We also guarantee that our designer Christian Louboutin will not be seized by customs.
If a customs officer seizes your merchandise we will replace them once. Refunds are issued in the same form in which the original payment was made and may take up to 7 business days after the receipt of goods.

7. About cancel the order and refund

8. What should I do if received the wrong item?

9. How long can I receive items?
It usually needs 5-7 working days. If you don't receive your items over ten days please contact us and we will check and inform you.

10. How will you ship my order?
We ship all our Discount products through courier services to your door. You will receive a tracking number,so you can track the progress of your shipment.

11. Do you ship the parcel internationally?
We ship out anywhere in the world. We use UPS and EMS Express Courier for all of our shipments. We always ship within 7-9 days and guarantee the arrival of all of our shipments. Please contact us if your shipment is not received in a timely manner after receiving your tracking information. We have worked with these companies for a long time and guarantee your shipment.

12. How about the delay?
The delay doesn't happen often. But if there is any significant delay with your order we will contact you immediately. We will keep contacting you from the time your order is placed. When your shoes are sent out, we will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion. This tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. Meanwhile, you will receive our notification. So you do not have to email us asking if your package has been shipped.

13. Do you charge sales tax?
No, we will send the goods as a gift to you or mark less amount of the postage, so you would not or less to pay the sales tax.

14. I did not receive my package, what should I do now?
Check to make sure that the full shipping address is correct and complete on the order. You may also want to try contacting the company used to ship the package to see if they know the where about of your package. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address. It is also a good idea to check with your neighbors to see if they had received the package for you. If you are still having trouble locating your package, please contact our customer service department for further assistance regarding this issue.
